FNF Mungus Madness

What is FNF Mungus Madness?

FNF Mungus Madness is a thrilling and unique mod for the quintessential rhythm game Friday Night Funkin'. It's where the chaotic energy of Mario Madness merges with the suspense of Among Us. Once the unthinkable happens, the splashy mod gives the player a footprint: entering a crewmate with a dark secret awaiting them in the game world. At the start of a musical duel, this crewmate would appear to be just a regular among us character; later, the demonic, hideous one-eyed menace erupting from its sinister visor emerges as the most horrifying foe ever, powered by utter malice. To date, the mod consists of only one hit track, "It's a Sus," which will set your feet dancing while your heartbeat climbs.

How to Play

Playing FNF Mungus Madness should be intuitively easy if you've dealt with the base Friday Night Funkin' game before. Tap, hold, and scroll in time with the music to defeat an opponent. But the added Mario Madness and Among Us gameplay aspects add some strategy and suspense into the mix. Watch your opponent carefully to spot any of their missed notes-ranks and blunders-and from there, go on to win the rounds. The goal is to outperform your opponent, so pay attention and hit all the notes, making sure they don't do the same to you.

Tips & Tricks

  • Stay Alert: Remain aware of your opponent's notes and patterns. It's easy to let your mind drift during a rally, so it's crucial to stay alert.
  • Practice your timings: Such a mod requires tight timings! So while learning it, make it more like a practice experience for yourself.
  • Use Ghost Tapping: Ghost Tapping can be your back, especially if you are a new player or trying out the new mod! At least with Ghost Tapping enabled, you could have some time to get used to the notes without worrying about missing.
  • Prestige without Ghost Tapping: All right, now that you're comfortable, switch off Ghost Tapping and challenge yourself to complete it skillfully.
